Masport Vacuum Pumps INTENDED USE  Masport Vacuum / Pressure Pumps are intended to be used for loading and unloading ofliquid material. PRIMARY SHUT-OFF: Prevents liquid in the tank from overflowing into the system and entering the pump. Liquid entering the pump can damage or destroy the pump.  SECONDARY MOISTURE TRAP (SCRUBBER): Removes liquid still in the air stream after passing through the primary shut-off. The Scrubber should be drained after every load.  VACUUM/PRESSURE GAUGE: Required to properly monitor the performance of the system.
